जर मनच अशुद्ध तर.....

खूप जुनी गोष्ट आहे. एकदा संत कबीर बसले होते. त्यांच्याकडे एक व्यापारी धावत आला. त्याने कबीरांना विनंती केली, 'मला तुम्हाला माझा गुरू करायचे आहे, तुम्ही मला गुरुमंत्र द्या' तेव्हा संत कबीरांनी त्याला पैसे दिले आणि सांगितले आधी तू पटकन जाऊन दूध घेऊन ये, मग मी तुला गुरुमंत्र देतो. 

त्या व्यापाऱ्याला खूप घाई होती. तो तडक धावत गेला आणि त्याने दूध कबीरांना आणून दिले. कबीरांनी त्याला एक भांडे दिले आणि सांगितले, हे दूध या भांड्यात ओत. त्याने ते भांडे घेतले, त्यात प्रचंड घाण साचली होती. त्या व्यापाऱ्याने कबीरांना ही बाब सांगितली. ते म्हणाले, बघ जर तू या खराब भांड्यात दूध टाकायला तयार नाहीस तर, मग मी तुझ्या अशुद्ध मनात राम नावाचा मंत्र कसा देऊ? ' 

कबीरांनी म्हटलेले वाक्य किती खरे आहे बघा? जर तुमचे मनच शुद्ध नाही तर तुम्ही देवाचे दर्शन घेतले काय, किंवा संत सानिध्यात राहिलात काय, त्याचा काय परिणाम होणार? 

संतांनीही हेच सांगितले आहे. भलेही तुम्ही पुजा नका करू, परंतु तुम्ही तुमचे आचरण, आणि मन शुद्ध ठेवा. आपण इतरांना एखाद्या कामासाठी दोष देत असतो, पण त्याची त्यामागची भूमिका समजून घेणे गरजेचे असते. आणि आपण नेमके या उलटच करतो. 

आपल्या दैनंदिन कामात आपण अनेकांना भेटत असतो, यात प्रत्येक व्यक्ती आपल्याला चांगलीच भेटते असे नाही, तर प्रत्येकाचा स्वभाव वेगवेगळा असून शकतो. त्यांच्या स्वभावानुसार त्यांना काम देणे गरजेचे आहे. 

बदलायची असतील तर त्यांची मने बदलण्याचा प्रयत्न तुम्ही करा. त्यांच्या मनातील कटुता कमी करा. कारण कबीरांनी म्हटल्याप्रमाणे, खराब भांड्यात ज्या प्रमाणे तुम्ही दूध नाही टाकणार त्या प्रमाणेच एखाद्याचे मन परिवर्तन झाल्याशिवाय तुम्ही त्याला बदलू नाही शकणार.

It is a very old tale. Once Kabir was sitting. They got a businessman running. He requested Kabir, 'I want to do my guru, you give me a gurmantra', the saint gave him the money and said before you go quickly and bring the milk, then I will give you a guru.

The merchant was very quick. He ran quickly and brought the milk to Kabir. Kabir gave him a pot and said, pour this milk into this vessel. He took the pot, and there was huge dirt in it. That merchant declared this fact to the Kabir. He said, 'Look, if you do not want to pour milk in this bad box, then how can I give the mantra of Ram in your unclean mind? '

See how true is the speech of Kabir? If you are not pure then what do you do in the presence of God, or what happens to the saints?

Saints also said the same. Even if you do not worship, but keep your conduct and mind clean. We are blaming others for something, but it is necessary to understand the role of it. And we do exactly the opposite.

In our daily work, we meet many people, not everyone meets us very well, but everyone's behaviour can be different. They have to work according to their nature.

If you want to change, you try to change their mind. Reduce bitterness in their minds. Because Kabir said, you will not be able to change it just like you do not put milk in a bad bowl unless someone changes his mind.
